Work in the field of soil ecology, focused on changes in the quantitative, qualitative and trophic structure of soil fauna communities in natural and anthropogenic environments. The research also covers the impact of natural and anthropogenic factors, including heavy metals, on soil invertebrates and the assessment of soil condition based on pedofauna communities as bioindicators.
